「Misty Circles」「What I Want」「I'd Do Anything」「That's The Way (I Like It)」といったデビューアルバム『Sophisticated Boom Boom』からのカットを皮切りに、ブレイクを果たしたアルバム『Youthquake』から先述の大ヒット曲「You Spin Me Round (Like a Record)」「Lover Come Back to Me」「In Too Deep」「My Heart Goes Bang (Get Me to the Doctor)」など、Epic時代のシングルはカップング曲を含めて完全網羅。

ほか、90年代に日本のエピックソニーから８cm CDシングルでリリースされた「Your Sweetness Is Your Weakness」「Been Gone 2 Long」「Unhappy Birthday」、96年のオーストラリア／シンガポール限定シングル「You Spin Me Round (Like A Record) ('96 Remix)」、2000年に日本のAvex Traxからリリースされた「Hit And Run Lover」、また 2021年に陽の目を見た未発表アルバム『Fan the Flame (Pt.2) [The Resurrection]』のリード曲「Tonight....」「Hurt Me (Did U Have 2 Hurt Me)」なども収録。
